The Group Life Team’s aim is to support NorthStar Church’s mission in the area of spiritual development by incorporating the following areas into small group ministries:

Knowing – Helping people follow Christ through salvation, prayer life and Bible study.

Growing – Helping people live the abundant Christian Life through stewardship, sharing Christian experience through daily living (testimony) & building healthy family relationships.

Serving – Helping people to serve by understanding their spiritual gifts and achieve a balance in their approach to serving in the church, community and world.

Caring – Helping people love through consistent interaction and meeting serious personal needs in a small group environment.
